Almost every project has a target date. An education project has a real one. Term starts on a published day, the students arrive whether or not the furniture did, and a school that cannot open has no fallback position — it has parents.
That single fact should decide how the package is bought. Split a school across a furniture supplier, a fit-out contractor and a sports equipment vendor and you have three programmes converging on one immovable date, coordinated by a facilities team who also have a school to run. Every one of them can deliver on time and the school can still open half furnished, because nobody owned the sequence.
Under one contract the sequence is ours to own, and the date is the thing we programme backwards from.

Beyond furniture: the sports and play package
A school is not only rooms, and the parts outside the rooms are usually bought from someone else entirely — which is how a campus ends up with a gymnasium ready and no floor in it.
We supply sports and gym equipment, playground and play structures, shaded structures and teen sports facilities; and the surfaces underneath them — rubber tiles, acrylic surfaces, running tracks and synthetic grass turf. Raised access flooring where a technical room calls for it, and loose furniture and décor to finish the interiors.
Bought together, the gymnasium seating and the gymnasium floor are one delivery sequence instead of two suppliers each waiting for the other to finish.
Delivered at Bloom School, Abu Dhabi
At Bloom School in Abu Dhabi we delivered the theatre, the gymnasium, the entrance and the classrooms — four environments with almost nothing in common except the handover date.
The theatre needed fixed seating built to the room's rake. The gymnasium needed equipment and surfacing that work as one system. The entrance is what every parent judges the school by. The classrooms needed furniture sized to the children who would sit in it. One contract carried all four to the same opening.

Do you supply universities as well as schools?
Yes. The range runs from kindergarten rooms through to university lecture halls and auditoriums, including the fixed seating those halls need, which is manufactured to the rake of the room.
Do you supply auditorium and lecture seating?
Yes, and it is manufactured rather than sourced, because fixed seating has to be built to the sightlines and rake of the specific room. Bloom School's theatre in Abu Dhabi is delivered work of this kind.
Do you supply playground and sports equipment as well as furniture?
