What we supply
An office is rarely one order. A floor plate needs desking for the open plan, a different specification for the private offices, seating rated for eight hours a day, a boardroom table that matches the joinery, and storage that disappears into the wall. Buying those from six suppliers means six lead times, six delivery windows and six people to chase when one of them slips.
We supply the whole floor under one order, in ranges that sit together as a scheme rather than an assortment.
Executive desking
Director and private-office desking, credenzas and meeting returns, finished to match the room's joinery where the two are specified together.
Open-plan workstations
Bench and cluster systems with the screening, power routing and cable management the layout calls for.
Task and ergonomic seating
Seating specified for full working days, chosen against the posture and adjustment requirements of the brief.
Meeting and boardroom
Conference tabling, boardroom seating and the power and data provision that has to be built into the table rather than added after.
Reception and waiting
Reception desking and soft seating for the part of the office every visitor sees first.
Storage and filing
Filing, personal storage, lockers and tambour units, planned into the layout instead of placed once the furniture arrives.
Sourced or manufactured — whichever the specification needs
Most office furniture suppliers in the UAE do one of two things. Traders import catalogue ranges and sell what the catalogue contains. Joineries make to drawing and have nothing on a shelf. Each is the wrong answer about half the time.
We do both, and the choice is made per item rather than per project. Where a manufacturer already makes what the brief describes — a task chair with the right adjustment range, a bench system in the right module — sourcing it is faster and better value than making it. Where the brief describes something that does not exist as a product, we make it: the reception desk cut to the shape of the lobby, the boardroom table sized to a room that is not a standard rectangle, casework that has to align with an existing wall panel.
The manufacturing happens at our own premises in Industrial ICAD III, Abu Dhabi, which is also why the bespoke items and the joinery in the same room can be finished to match. A supplier who sources everything cannot do that, and one who makes everything will quote you a made-to-order price for a chair that could have been bought.
Specified for institutional procurement
Most of our office work is for government departments, federal authorities and energy operators — buyers whose furniture order has to survive a procurement process before it is placed, and an audit afterwards.
Diamond Sword is a licensed UAE contractor operating from Industrial ICAD III, holds ISO certification for quality management, and is ICV certified — In-Country Value, which is a scored criterion on Abu Dhabi government and ADNOC tenders rather than a badge. We have LEED specialists on staff, so where a fit-out carries a sustainability requirement it is handled inside the delivery team rather than bought in.
In practice that means the documentation a tender asks for exists before you ask for it, and a furniture package can be let as part of a fit-out contract instead of as a separate procurement with its own paperwork.
Delivered and installed by our own team
Furniture arrives on site as a delivery note and leaves as a working office, and the distance between those two things is where most furniture contracts go wrong. Ours is closed by a directly employed workforce — the same installers, joiners and project managers on every job, not a labour supplier engaged for the week.
That matters most when something is wrong. A damaged panel, a chair that does not match the sample, a desk that fouls a column nobody drew: with one contract and one accountability line, that is our problem to solve. Split the supply, the installation and the fit-out across three companies and it becomes a conversation between them, held while your floor stands empty.

Questions
What buyers ask before they enquire.
Do you manufacture office furniture in the UAE, or import it?
Both. Bespoke items are manufactured at our own premises in Industrial ICAD III, Abu Dhabi. Standard ranges are sourced internationally from vetted manufacturers, because for a product that already exists to specification, sourcing is faster and better value than making it.
Can you match new furniture to an existing office standard?
Yes. Where a department already has a furniture standard, we specify against it, and where an item is no longer available we manufacture a match rather than substituting something that visibly differs.
Do you supply on government and ADNOC tenders?
Yes. Diamond Sword is a licensed UAE contractor, ISO certified and ICV certified — In-Country Value is a scored criterion on Abu Dhabi government and ADNOC tenders. Our delivered work includes ADNOC offices and operation centres and the Public Prosecutor's Office.
Do you install, or supply only?
We install. Delivery, installation, snagging and handover are carried out by our own directly employed team, not subcontracted to a third party.
Can furniture be supplied as part of a fit-out contract?
Yes, and it usually should be. Turnkey fit-out, joinery and FF&E procurement sit under one contract with us, which removes the coordination gap between the company building the office and the company furnishing it.
